Policies & Protocols
As we continue to navigate COVID-19, Edison Properties has established policies and protocols throughout its family of businesses to ensure that our team members, customers, clients, tenants, visitors and business partners all stay safe. Our policies must be adhered to by all Edison Properties employees and in all facilities managed by Edison Properties. The policy continues to be reviewed and updated as needed to reflect up-to-date guidance from United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the New York and New Jersey Departments of Health. Where the CDC and state guidance differ, the state rules will prevail.
Some businesses within the Edison Properties family will have additional guidelines, noted below and posted in their locations, as necessary.
Team Member Health
Each Edison Properties team member is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption and must complete daily self-screening prior to accessing any Edison Properties facility or business. Team members with symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 are required to notify their manager and/or Human Resources and self-isolate at home. Those who develop symptoms while at work will be sent home immediately. Edison Properties will always follow policies as developed and updated by the CDC and state Departments of Health with regard to quarantine timelines and return to work policies to ensure all of our team members working remain healthy. Team members who have been exposed to someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 should contact Human Resources for guidance on quarantine requirements.
Protecting Each Other
Team members who are fully vaccinated may wear company-approved face coverings at their discretion; those employees not fully vaccinated must wear company-approved face coverings. Customers, vendors, and visitors at Edison-managed properties must abide by posted policies when visiting our locations. Edison team members must ensure that its customers, tenants, vendors, and visitors are monitoring for symptoms and must screen vendors and visitors via the prescribed process. Edison Properties will notify colleagues as well as customers/tenants if an Edison representative is confirmed positive for COVID-19 at their work site or property. With all such notifications, confidentiality will be maintained as required by law. When an Edison Properties facility or workplace experiences a confirmed COVID-19 case and the infected individual was last in the workplace within the last 24 hours, the facility will be professionally disinfected. In addition, any individuals who had close contact with the affected person within the period of 48 hours before the individual’s onset of symptoms, or 48 hours prior to receiving a positive COVID-19 test result if asymptomatic, whichever is earlier, will be notified.

Operating Hours: Most locations are currently open as an essential business and operating hours are based on local rules. Please visit parkfast.com for more information and to make a parking reservation.
Safety Procedures: Unless advised otherwise, we ask our customers to:
- Maintain physical distance from our team members and other customers where possible.
- Turn off audio/radio, detach the ParkFast ticket and place on the dashboard for the ParkFast attendant.
- Roll up all windows before exiting your vehicle.
- For valet parking locations, leave only your ignition key in the vehicle.
- Take the ParkFast ticket claim check with you as you leave.

Hippodrome and ElevatedNY
Hippodrome Building Operations: The 43rd St. entrance/exit may be closed at certain times. Follow posted signs for directions. The elevator system has been modified to reduce wait times and minimize the flow of individuals through the lobby. Tenants may have established their own additional policies and procedures.
ElevatedNY Operations: Conference rooms can be booked with reception by phone at 212-626-6500 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All conference rooms are cleaned before and after each booking. All ElevatedNY common areas such as kitchen lounges, restrooms, reception areas and conference pods are cleaned daily. All offices receive basic cleaning of high touch areas nightly. Day offices are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Additional deep cleaning services are available upon request. Cleaning of tenant spaces beyond the base building specification remains the responsibility of the tenant.

Building Operations: The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all common areas follows the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. When using the elevator, please be mindful of social distancing and wait for the next car if a maximum safe occupancy has already been reached.
Resident Guidelines: Individual apartments have their own independent air system units that do not impact air circulation with other areas of the building. Those units are inspected by our licensed HVAC vendor, and filters are replaced as necessary.
Shared spaces are limited to two guests per apartment unit. A food delivery “contactless table” has been implemented in the main lobby entrance to assist with low-touch delivery exchanges. No delivery personnel will be allowed beyond the building lobby. Cleaning of individual apartments remains a tenant responsibility. Additional cleaning resources are available upon request.
