Edison ParkFast was founded in downtown Newark, New Jersey, in 1956 and is Edison Properties’ founding business. It has grown into one of the leading parking companies in the region, operating lots and garages in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Northern New Jersey. With a combined 10,000 spaces, Edison ParkFast can park more than three million vehicles a year.
Edison Properties’ conversion of a circa-1907 warehouse in downtown Newark, New Jersey, into more than 456,000 square feet of retail, commercial, and office space, brings modern, loft-style offices to the city’s transportation, cultural, and business hub. The development, located steps from the Prudential Center arena and Newark Penn Station, has earned first-in-the-state Platinum certification from WiredScore for its high-speed fiber optics. Ironside Newark is home to Edison Properties and is the U.S. headquarters for Mars Wrigley Confectionery.
Edison Properties acquired the Hippodrome in 1978. The Class A office building, located in midtown Manhattan at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, serves world-renowned businesses such as BBC Worldwide, Perry Ellis International, Indeed, Citizen Watch Co., and Euromoney Institutional Investor. Extensive renovations in 2014 brought a grand marble and limestone lobby, along with cutting-edge connectivity and silver LEED certification.
ElevatedNY offers premium access to the Hippodrome’s modern work environment and robust IT infrastructure with highly flexible rental terms. Clients can take their business to new heights with convenient access set in the heart of midtown Manhattan and offices ranging from single-occupant workspaces up to 5,000 square-foot suites. Renovations in 2019 included further training and conference rooms, kitchens, lounges, and a reception area.
The Ludlow, a 23-story residential development located at 188 Ludlow Street, features 243 modern apartment rentals right in the heart of the vibrant Lower East Side. The fully-refurbished building’s amenities include a private lounge and billiards room, expansive rooftop deck, fitness center and yoga studio, concierge services, state-of-the-art security, and a wireless internet system for residents.
