The Website and Edison Services are provided primarily for general informational and corporate communications purposes. References on the Website to affiliated brands, properties, businesses, products, or services are provided for informational purposes only. Although Edison may own or have an affiliation with certain brands, properties, or related intellectual property, such brands, properties, websites, products, or services may be operated by third parties or pursuant to separate management, operating, leasing, licensing, or other contractual arrangements, and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
For the avoidance of doubt, a website, social media account, platform, service, or communication channel associated with an affiliated or Edison-owned brand, property, or business is not an “Edison Website,” “Edison Social Media Page,” or “Edison Service” for purposes of this Privacy Policy unless Edison expressly identifies it as such. Affiliated or Edison-owned brands, properties, and businesses that are managed, operated, or administered by third parties may maintain separate websites, social media accounts, terms of use, and privacy policies, and your interactions with those third-party-operated channels are governed by the applicable third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy practices, not this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website, Edison Social Media Pages, and Edison Services described above. It does not generally apply to third-party websites, services, forms, systems, networks, or Wi-Fi services operated by third parties, even where those third parties operate at, from, or in connection with properties owned by Edison, unless Edison expressly states otherwise.
This Privacy Policy is part of, and subject to, Edison’s Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the Website or any Edison Social Media Page, and/or otherwise engaging in any Edison Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Website, visit any Edison Social Media Page, or otherwise engage in any Edison Services.

In operating the Website and Edison Social Media Pages, and otherwise providing Edison Services, Edison seeks to comply with applicable privacy laws and to implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

3. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household, to the extent applicable under law.

b. Personal Information of Others
You should not provide Personal Information about another person to Edison unless you are authorized to do so and have the legal right to share that information with us.
c. Sensitive Data
The Website is not intended to solicit or collect sensitive personal information. Please do not submit to Edison through the Website or contact form any Social Security numbers, driver’s license or passport information, financial account information, payment card information, precise geolocation information, health information, or other sensitive data, unless Edison specifically requests such information and provides an appropriate method for doing so.
d. Non-Identifying and Technical Information
We and our service providers may collect certain technical, usage, and device-related information automatically, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring pages, exit pages, pages viewed, date and time of visit, time spent on the Website, clickstream data, and similar information.
We may treat such information as non-personal where permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law requires us to treat such information as Personal Information, we will do so.

The Website and/or Edison Social Media Pages may contain links to, references to, or information about third-party websites, platforms, social media services, operators, brands, properties, products, services, or other materials (each, a “Third-Party Service”).
Third-Party Services are not under Edison’s control, and Edison is not responsible for their content, operation, availability, security, or privacy practices. By providing links to or references to any Third-Party Service, Edison does not approve, endorse, warrant, or otherwise make any representation about that Third-Party Service or any products or services offered through it.
If you access any Third-Party Service, you should review that third party’s terms and privacy policy. Your use of any Third-Party Service is at your own risk.
Wi-Fi Provided at Certain Facilities
Certain facilities owned by Edison, but managed or operated by third-party organizations, may offer wireless internet or Wi-Fi access. Any such Wi-Fi services are provided, administered, and controlled by the applicable third-party manager, operator, or service provider, and not by Edison, unless Edison expressly states otherwise.
Edison does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, data collection, security, or information-handling practices associated with any such third-party Wi-Fi services. Your access to and use of any such Wi-Fi service is subject to the applicable third party’s terms of use, privacy policy, and other posted rules or notices.
We encourage you to review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy policy before using any Wi-Fi service at a facility owned by Edison.
5. How We Use Your Personal Information

We may deny a request, in whole or in part, where permitted by applicable law, including where we are required or permitted to retain information for legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
Please note that deletion of Personal Information maintained by Edison may not result in deletion of information maintained independently by third parties. You are responsible for contacting third parties directly regarding their privacy practices.
8. Your Right to Access Personal Information
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to certain Personal Information Edison maintains about you, including information regarding the categories of Personal Information collected, sources of collection, purposes of use, and categories of disclosures.
If you wish to request access to your Personal Information, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
Where required by law, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, which may be extended where permitted and reasonably necessary.
9. Communications by Email, Telephone, Text, and Other Means
When you submit a contact form, contact Edison, or otherwise engage with Edison Services, you agree that Edison and its representatives may contact you using the contact information you provide, including by email, telephone, text message, direct message, mail, or other reasonable means of communication, for purposes related to your inquiry, your relationship with Edison, the administration of the Website or Edison Services, customer service, operational matters, and, where permitted by law, marketing and promotional purposes.
You are not required to consent to receive marketing text messages or calls as a condition of obtaining information from Edison. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided, replying “STOP” where applicable, or contacting Edison directly.
10. Where We Store Your Personal Information
We may store Personal Information on servers and systems located in the United States and in other locations where Edison or its service providers operate, as permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information under our control from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. Accordingly, Edison cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- respond to and maintain records of inquiries and communications;
- operate and improve the Website and Edison Services;

- protect Edison’s rights and legitimate interests.

Edison does not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. Edison also does not “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, does not use Personal Information for targeted advertising, and does not process Personal Information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless expressly described otherwise in an updated Privacy Policy.
We may disclose Personal Information:
- to service providers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and other parties that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, form processing, IT support, spam prevention, communications support, and similar functions;
- to Edison affiliates, related entities, owners, advisors, attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other professional service providers for business, legal, administrative, compliance, and operational purposes;
- where appropriate in connection with an inquiry, communication, business relationship, transition matter, ownership matter, oversight matter, legal matter, or administrative matter, to a third-party operator, management company, service provider, broker, advisor, counterparty, or other party associated with an affiliated brand, property, business, or matter that is the subject of the communication or relationship;

13. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, log files, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to collect and process information automatically.

- maintain and improve Website performance;

14. Anti-Spam and Security (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The Website’s contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive traffic and to reduce spam, fraud, and misuse.
When you use the contact form, Turnstile may process certain technical information (for example, browser and device signals) as described in Cloudflare’s documentation and privacy materials. That processing supports security and abuse prevention and may occur before your message is submitted to Edison.
